Vampiric Outreach

The Vampiric Council of New Orleans is EXTREMELY passionate about spreading word of their cause, and educating Immortals and Mortals alike.  To this end, members of the council will often perform Vampiric Outreach when the opportunity arises.  Members will attend various comic cons and special events to spread the word of the council, and either provide tribute gifts from the council or trick unsuspecting mortals into becoming a familiar and joining the krewe.
